  Gusum's museum of industrial and rural life and the Glassworks

	In the old industrial community Gusum, brass has been manufactured since the 17th century. Gusum's museum of industrial and rural life is located next to the exit from European road 22 at interchange GUSUM about 40 km south of Norrköping. The museum describes the history of Gusum's factory and community from 1653 until today. Here is equipment for the manufacturing of pins from the 18th century. Here you can read about the history of the zipper, about Sweden's first and only zipper factory. Here is also a large collection of the factory's known brass objects such as chandeliers, candelabras, bracket lamps, inkstands and much much more. In the middle of Gusum's center lies the Glassworks with the internationally recognized sculptor and painter Milan Wobrubas' studio.
