Cabin with one room, kitchen and dining room. Electricity, water during the summer, fireplace and outhouse. In the garden there is a newly built small cottage which is fit for winter use. The Valdemarsvik bay reaches all the way up to the garden. Berth is included and there is a small bathing place.

Price: 20,000 SEK/year. Booking: The cabin is rented out on a yearly basis. Admission according to agreement. The cabin has already been rented during 2011.
